There is only One Spirit, One Essence, One Loving Light. I, Jonathan, am the joy and happiness, the creation, the expression of this Loving Energy. I am embraced by this Love and cloaked in the gentle support of Spirit. The love I have for myself is illuminating and shines the light to my future growth, courage, strength, confidence and awareness of my own greatness.

I deny the power of any darkness, any self-doubt or any limiting ideas for I know a greater truth. I see myself as the Universe sees me, whole, perfect and complete. As my strength and confidence is revealed to me, I recognize the uniqueness and magnificence of my Being. I am the co-creator of my life and I am not a victim. I stand up for myself knowing that I am worthy of the respect of myself and all other people. I speak my truth!

Confidence and self-love flows through me as a crisp clean brook flows gently over pebbles. I approve of myself and accept who I truly am, a beautiful expression of God. I support myself and Life supports me in all that I do and all that I am. I feel myself grow and change moment by moment as I release old ideas that no longer serve me. I am never stuck or static. The light shines on me, Jonathan as the sun shines on Mother Earth. My inner light radiates brighter and brighter with each step I take.

With confidence, I release these words into the Divine Light and let them come into being.
