Though most physicians and professionals listed in our databases are licensed health-care and other types of professionals, it is up to the consumer to verify the applicable certification for any practitioner as we do not presently have a system to certify the competence or quality of their practice. Consumers can always obtain contact information through a search engine like "Google" for their local "College of Physicians and Surgeons" to check credentials of physicians.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of The United States of America
applicable to agreements made and to be performed in
The United States of America. You agree that any legal
action or proceeding between www.autismtoday.com and
you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the
parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively
in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction
sitting in The United States of America . Any cause
of action or claim you may have with respect to the
Service must be commenced within one (1) year after
the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or

to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any
provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as
